Dear Guests,
We provide a safe and fun environment for families to holiday together with lots to do and experience collectively. We are delighted that you have chosen to stay with us. Of course we have many visitors and guests in the hotel, with this in mind we need to encourage everyone to respect others around them. Of course we understand that children will be children so in order to ensure all our guests can enjoy their stay we would ask that those families with children would adhere to our child care policies.
We ardently request that, when in any public areas including corridors, bars, restaurant & lobbies, all children be closely supervised and there is an awareness of others. Please ensure that when travelling the hotel grounds and corridors it is expected that children be accompanied at all times by a guardian.
At times, if we feel that this is not fully being respected, we may respectively request further cooperation
The Playzone is located on the ground floor and children should be supervised by their guardian.
Amber Park is located through the bar and while free of charge to residents there are some chargeable activities like mini golf, go-karting etc. The Park is open from 9.00am until dusk daily
Check with our kids club team to find out the activities on each day over the school holidays.
Pyjamas are not permitted to be worn in any public areas of the hotel ever
We request that all children vacate the bar at 9pm and from all public areas by 10pm nightly
Club Amber Springs swimming pool is available daily until 1830 nightly for children and 2100 for adults wishing to use the pool
We can arrange babysitters who have been garda vetted. Please contact reception for information. Naturally pre-booking will save disappointment.
We understand that a family break is a cherished time, as is the case for all other users of the hotel, so we know you will recognise this and will assist us in providing every one of our guests a peaceful & relaxing break.
